Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines prohibited uses of the Service. It applies to all users, workspaces, applications, content, and activities conducted through LowCodeApps.

2. Illegal and Harmful Activity

You may not use the Service to violate any law, facilitate fraud or scams, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malware, engage in phishing, or create or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content.

3. Security and Platform Abuse

You may not probe, scan, reverse engineer, exploit, disable, overload, or interfere with the Service; evade security or billing controls; abuse APIs or rate limits; or use the Service in a way that threatens platform integrity, stability, or availability.

4. Data Abuse and Privacy Violations

You may not use the Service for unauthorized data collection, surveillance misuse, credential theft, unlawful tracking, unauthorized profiling, or any use of personal data that violates applicable privacy or data protection laws.

5. AI-Specific Prohibited Uses

AI-specific restrictions: These rules apply whenever you use AI-enabled features, model outputs, agents, assistants, or automations provided through the Service.

• Generating or distributing malware, exploit code, phishing content, or tools designed to facilitate cyber abuse
• Impersonation, fraud, or deceptive synthetic content intended to mislead users about a real person, source, or authority
• Creating unlawful deepfakes, non-consensual intimate content, or content that exploits children
• Using AI output as the sole basis for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without required human review and legal safeguards
• Biometric identification, emotion recognition, or sensitive profiling in ways prohibited by law
• Generating content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, where you lack authorization
• Automated spam, harassment, or abusive mass-generated content
• Misrepresenting AI-generated content as verified fact, professional advice, or human-authored expertise where such representation is misleading

6. High-Risk Uses

You may not use the Service in safety-critical or high-risk contexts where failure could lead to death, bodily injury, environmental harm, or substantial property damage, unless expressly approved in writing by LowCodeApps and supported by appropriate contractual safeguards.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content or applications, limit features, preserve evidence, or cooperate with law enforcement or regulators, all at our sole discretion.
