Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for paid plans on the LowCodeApps platform.
1. General Policy
All payments for LowCodeApps subscriptions and usage-based fees are non-refundable, except as expressly set out in this policy or as required by applicable law.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Partial months or unused subscription time after downgrade or cancellation
- One-time fees or setup charges
- Usage-based charges already incurred
- Periods during which the account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service
- Annual plan payments outside the 30-day money-back guarantee window (see Section 2)
2. Annual Plan — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
When you purchase an annual (yearly) plan for the first time, you are entitled to a full refund of the annual fee if you request it within 30 calendar days of the charge date. This guarantee exists because we want you to feel confident committing to a full year.
- Who qualifies: Customers on their first annual plan payment (initial purchase only, not renewals).
- Timeframe: The refund request must be received within 30 calendar days of the charge date.
- What you receive: A full refund of the annual amount charged. No questions asked.
- Effect on your account: Your subscription will be cancelled and access to paid features will end immediately upon processing of the refund.
- Renewals: Annual renewal charges are not covered by this guarantee. Renewals follow the general non-refundable policy in Section 1, except as required by applicable law.
To claim your refund, email legal@lowcodeapps.dev with the subject line "Annual Plan Refund" and include your account email address and the charge date. We will confirm receipt and process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
3. EU / EEA Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, unless you have already begun using the Service.
By starting to use the Service after purchase, you expressly acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal, as provided under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights regarding digital content and services that have been supplied.
If you have not yet used your account and wish to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, contact us at legal@lowcodeapps.dev.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, due to a duplicate charge or a technical billing fault — contact us within 30 days of the charge at legal@lowcodeapps.dev. We will investigate and, where an error is confirmed, issue a correction or refund.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until that date. No pro-rated refunds are issued for the remaining period after cancellation, except where the 30-day annual plan guarantee in Section 2 applies.
6. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Where Paddle is the seller of record, their refund and payment policies may also apply. For payment-related disputes, you may also contact Paddle directly.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under this policy, send an email to legal@lowcodeapps.dev with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your account email address
- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason for your request
We aim to respond within 5 business days.
