This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data for the Low Code Apps application (package dev.lowcodeapps), published by Networks 2000, and the lowcodeapps.dev / lowcodeapps.cloud platform.
How to request deletion
To delete your account and all personal data associated with it, send an email from the address registered to your account to:
Use the subject line “Delete my account” and include the email address associated with your account. We verify the request against your registered email before any data is removed. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
What data is deleted
When your deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account profile (name, email address, and login credentials).
- Applications, database connections, and schema configurations you created.
- Content and records you uploaded or entered into your applications.
- Session and authentication data, including any multi-factor authentication settings.
Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request.
What data is retained
We may retain a limited set of data where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes:
- Invoicing and transaction records, kept for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.
- Anonymized or aggregated analytics that can no longer be linked to you.
Retained records are stored securely and deleted once the applicable retention period expires.
